I’m not really a lady that follows resolutions. I do better when I randomly do things without announcing it to the world. Crazy. I know. Instead of manifesting things (been there, done that, not worth it, lol) 😃 , I just allow things to happen without forcing them, and act on it if the moment is right. So, I finally finished watching a productivity video course I bought from SkillShare in 2013, best purchase ever. So happy I had access to it, even after SkillShare became subscription based. I finally watched and completed all of the videos a couple weeks ago. The teacher, Tiago Forte is amazing. He brings an artful zen to organization digitally, especially for the creative personality.
To live a more peaceful life, and allow creativity to flow, organizational skills surprisingly help us have room for it in our lives. Sometimes when we’re in the flow of having so many ideas, we can forget them— even if our ego says we won’t in the moment. Much of my life has been spent with organizational skills of the Looney Toones Tasmanian devil. Not anymore!
He finally offers his course for free:
Evernote and Todoist are my best friends. He’s definitely a person I’d like to interview for Spirit Your Style. He translates and applies GTD (Get Things Done) methods to digital platforms, and references David Allen quite often.
Definitely loved his GTD WorkFlow Diagram to figure things out.
If you need help organizing Gmail, Look up Nora Conrad! She’s a millennial that’s pretty good at explaining Gmail.
